The
Charles Restaurant is one stop you don’t want to miss
when you visit la Beauce and St-Georges.!
The restaurant is open almost 24 hrs a day. Our head chef
and co-owner, Mr. Richard Rosa and his team prepare his
daily specials seven days a week. For casual dinning, we
offer a very varied menu for the whole family.
The Table d’Hôte is a gourmet delight for every
sophisticated pallet.
You may savour a steak cooked to perfection, delicious pizza,
savoury chicken, tender fish, and excellent pasta or simply
enjoy a great sandwich of your choice.
Our reputation for breakfast has made
the Motel Charles well known for almost 50 years and opens
daily at 5:00am.
Lets not forget our qualified waitresses
and M. Lucille Baillaigeron, now co-owner, who has been
with us for more than 36 years. This charming team will
be there to serve you with friendliness and professionalism.

We offer a restaurant, two dinning rooms,
a private lounge, and a banquet hall that sits 20.
You can order from the menu, a hot
or cold buffet, and we will deliver to your home for any
occasion.

Our downstairs conference
hall can accommodate 4 to 20 people. For your business needs,
it has a TV, video, board and markers, a projector screen,
telephone for local calls, private coat closet, private
exterior and interior entrance, and restrooms close by.
The conference room can be rented for half a day or the
complete day for any occasion coffee is always available.
This room is also available free of charge for breakfast,
lunch, and dinner, with or without full bar service
THE BAR
Whether you feel like spending a
pleasurable afternoon during our happy hour (5 – 7pm)
or a delightful evening, our bar will offer you a nice place
to relax and a great ambiance. It’s located down stairs
near the conference hall and can accommodate 50-60 people.
Come have a chat with our charming
and experienced barmaids or play one of our 5 Quebec Lottery
Video Machines .Our barmaids will be delighted to serve
you a drink or a great meal.

did you know that the restaurant Charles was the first restaurant
to offer delivery in our beautiful city? In the 70’s,
we delivered our excellent pizza and great chicken and other
varied foods from our menu. .
We are still here today to serve you whatever
meal our menu offers. There is also the possibility to enjoy
beer or wine delivered to your home to accompany your meal.
Our hours of delivery are from Thursday to Sunday from 4pm
to 2 am.
Our delivery service also includes hot
or cold buffet delivered to your home or any place needed;
our prices are very competitive. Ask for our free brochure
for hot or cold and group buffets. They are available at
the Charles restaurant or by fax at 228-7126.
